We accept most major credit cards and have paypal available for ease of purchase. Your credit card number is not stored on site and we never see it. It goes through our merchant account and is secure.
Some of the pieces may be in a gallery or travelling to other cities with sellers. A piece you are interested in may already also be sold. The website is kept as accurate as possible. If the peice you purchased is not available I will call or email you and refund your money via your payment method promptly. Please be sure to include your phone number on your account information.

I ship First Class Mail which is not insured but gives the least expensive shipping option. If you require insurance please choose priority mail as an option at check out. I can not be responsible for packages that do not arrive at their destination if First Class is chosen. If you know your country often misplaces parcels then please choose priority mail which will provide tracking and insurance.

Is your work guaranteed?
All pieces are guaranteed for life if there is a defect in manufacturing. Strung pieces should be restrung annually if worn often. Maintainance and repair is available for a nominal fee.
If you are not happy with your jewelry for any reason return it within 14 days with your order number and in the same condition it was sent and we will gladly refund you the entire purchase price not including shipping charges.
